Wow that is some invasive spyware. FSupport has been loaded into your computers registry and therefore cannot be removed while the computer is running. But you have to have the computer running to remove it...Microsoft logic!

Okay here is what you should have done...

Downloaded Spybot Search and Destroy (It's free)
It can remove it with the system running.

But since you have started removing it manually you must continue that way.

Restart your computer into safe mode. To go into safe mode, go into the Start menu, choose Restart just as you normally would then start hitting the F8 key at the top of the keyboard. Just keep hitting F8 over and over every second or so until it brings you to a black screen giving you some choices. Using your arrow keys on the keyboard, choose Safe Mode, then hit Enter twice. Then wait a while and it will eventually bring you into Windows Safe Mode.

3) Try deleting FSupport in safe mode. You should be able to successfully delete it now.

Then restart your Windows again to return to normal.

Criminy that was a hard one.
