Of Course registering you money in the bank is optional, it is much safer in the bank. Here you simply post how much money you desire to put in the bank, and when you want to make a withdraw, then you post that, including how much there is in the bank after you've subtracted the chosen ammount. Remember, bank or no bank, you to keep track of your money, believe me, I will know when you're bankrupt so don't try pulling a fast one on me. You can also come here if you'd like to get a loan.
