I think it will be ok to have a Doggett break and I'm curious to learn about his son. What would really be interesting is if it somehow related to Samantha. I love it when different story lines are tied together. Like when all the Seinfeld plots interract at the end of an episode. ;-D

Since DD is only returning for the finale anyway I don't know what else they could put here other than a MOTW. I'm all for more 'Mulder without Mulder' episodes but what about? Maybe you have an idea? At least this story is a meaty subject matter. Sort of Doggett's own myth arc for seasons 8 and 9.
