I think I missed that line the first time or it didn't sink in. Too much to take in! I need to watch it all again. It could be they really wanted Mulder becuase of the brain activity he experienced in T6E/AM but I thought the CSM changed all that with the transfer into him so would Mulder still have it? Also Billy and Theresa were going on the ship as well. Why did they experience the brain acivity and not Scully?

Or maybe the aliens have really wanted Mulder for years. he seems to be so famous in UFO lore. Perhaps the aliens know about him too and he's been chosen like Richard Dreyfuss was in Close Encounters.

I'm not sure why they are trying to erase evrything either. For some reason they went to collect all of the abductees they've ever taken. And how come we nevr see any other Bounty Hunters? He can't be the only one. That would be too much work for one guy! Or is he a different one but they all have just adopted the same face?
