The mythology of the show is what it's all about and next to the Mulder-Scully relationship it's what most people want to try and figure out. Just the same way we wonder about M&S we wonder about the big picture involving the mythology. Most discussions are speculative so we don't have to know all of CC's evil plans.

I think what happened with these boards is that people just post wherever they happen to be. We had a great myth discussion going on the S7 board afer Requiem aired that would have fit it well here but it just took off there. I admit I have a hard time understanding the mythology myself so I don't always post on it a lot because it's just too much deep thinking!
And we've got myth talk going on on the S8 board as well.

It's fine wherever people want to post. I'm just so glad that everyone comes to these boards at all! I was just playing around here when I changed the picture. I think I change the one on this board the least and I wanted to see how long it took for someone to notice. :-)
