that after Jeffrey Spender was killed by his father, CSM needed another way to control Skinner (who had told him to "get the H... out of his office" and had the Navajo story tellers who had memorized some of the diskette's information as a weapon). Alex had worked for CSM before and now joined CSM to save his sleezy little butt from the aliens. After the rebel aliens burned the gentlemen in the picture above, Alex needed a job. CSM could use himn because he knew that Alex had absolutely no scruples--he'd do anything for the cause. I suspect that Alex did the nano thing on his own. I think the connection to Skinner started when he first worked in the FBI and Skinner found out how sneaky Alex was which would account for the statement about "showing up." I think that the CSM connection to Krycek is that they both are "loners" who only really care about self-preservation. They maybe just found each other ??? OR is there a CSM-Krycek relationship we haven't been told about yet?

I guess that's enough rambling for now.
