I'm glad you stumbled onto this place however that may have happened. :-)

Islandgirl already gave you the basics. Further down on the main page that you get when you hit 'change forums' you'll also find some X-files links, Fanfiction pages, as well as policies regarding spoilers and a FAQ page. There's also a guestbook to sign. Any other questions wil be happily answered by one of the resident philes here.

But I'm afraid I'm clueless on Jordan Lee Williams. Who is that? Best thing to do is do a search for him at Yahoo or other search sites.
