Will Skinner be a regular cast member on the Lone Gunmen?

Will Mitch Pileggi be in most of the LG eps, same way he is in the majority of XF eps? Very cool, if he is. The only similar situation I can think of, where one actor played the same character in two different shows that were both on in the same season, was the boss (sorry, can't remember either the character or the actor's name) of "The Six Million Dollar Man/Bionic Woman" back in the 70s.
Actually, MP kind of looks a bit like that guy. Except MP is better-looking, IMHO.
