that the other Gunmen really do like Jimmy and don't think of him only as a source of funding. I realize Jimmy is not the brightest lightbulb on the planet, but if he's too stupid to remember to make his car payments he's too dumb to be allowed behind the wheel of a car, IMHO!
On another matter. . .it was fun to see Skinner doing something that doesn't involved getting Mulder and/or Scully out of trouble. Common sense tells us that he must supervise other agents, indeed probably entire other divisions, but this was the first time we've seen him do it.
