I do agree that the marriage/divorce cycle which so many Hollywood celebs seem to fall into, cannot be good for any young child. Also, Piper has been an only child for a long time and this adjustment might be a little more difficult for her as she is older now. Eight year old children are just that--children.

I certainly can see how GA would enjoy the company of somebody exciting. It's funny that Scully wanted a normal life, with normal things in it. It sounds to me like the real-life GA is just the opposite and enjoys what I call the "Bubble gum machine intrigue." All that means is that you enjoy the thrill of not knowing what you will get next from one of those machines.
