Subject: You would be surprised at how many women (spoilers)
In reply to: Scully'sMyHero 's message, "Sad Scully (S9 premiere spoiler, sort of )" on 12:18:06 11/16/01 Fri

suffer from postpartum blues without having any sad things happen in their lives. Most get over it, many never suffer from it but it is quite real and can be quite an ordeal. I've been lucky but other women I know haven't.

I feel so sorry for Scully--loosing her lover, partner, not working, having a baby with the dad in danger (? just guessing) and wondering how safe both her and William's lives are, all have to be contributing to her current mental status.

I agree that she should be ecstatic that she has a baby but then maybe she knows something that she hasn't told us yet?
