while I certainly *LOVE* the eps that GA and DD write, we have seen shippy stuff by other writers, too. I think GA and DD need to stage a coup, lock CC in that same silo where Krycek was at the end of "Apocrypha" and just take over production of "The X-Files"! I'm sure Frank Spotnitz (CC's right hand man and writer of the shippy "Detour" ep) and Tom Braidwood (who, when he's not being Frohike, is an associate producer or assistant director or something) will help and between the four of them they can do "XF" without any input from CC. If anybody asks what has has happened to CC (which is doubtful) the official answer will be: "He's surfing".
