"And your presence adds to that." He smiles at her, drinking the time before an idea shapes in his head."Wait here!" He dives into the high grass, his ears the only visible things for a moment. After a stumbling and muttering ditty, he re-enters the pond clearing, a flower between his teeth.

"There, I knew these grew around here!" His voice is muffled through the thick stem of the delicate looking bloom. Almost a sunflower, but with icy blue little petals instead of yellow ones. "They sort of match your eyes, I thought you might like one."
