#152深圳國際持70%的全程物流網擬入股深圳航空公司，以配合顧問公司的研究建議。較早時顧問公司建議增加實質投資以配合全程物流網的業務，令虛擬與實質結合，互補不足。另外，#13和黃現持有深圳國際5.13億港元可換股債券，今年10月到期，由於與和黃合作關係好，而全程物流網亦需要資金以應付未來發展項目，故有可能引入其他股東。
