中國B股市場將在六月一日進行第二輪開放，經過2月19日的第一輪開放後，已有不少資金流入，並累積了相當的獲利盤，預計今次進一步開放後所投入的資金相對較少，未必可大幅推高B股指數。

但是，第一輪開放B股給國內人士在二月十九日前已存入境內商業銀行的外匯資金參與，第二輪是二月十九日後存入的資金，估計應比第一輪多。
