Subject: Melinda McGraw on "NCIS"

Melinda McGraw, the actress who played Melissa Scully on "The X-Files" was on last week's ep of "NCIS". She played Gibbs ex-wife.

She's aged well. I immediately recognized her as "Missy" even though it must be at least 15 years since her run on XF.

I always thought Missy was an underutilized character. They basically just introduced her in order to kill her off. Mulder had his friends (The Lone Gunmen) but Scully didn't seem to have any friends -- although she did seem to be quite close to her mother -- so I thought she deserved to have a sister, at least.
