"Silk Stalkings" on DVD

I was in the store the other day and noticed that the first season of "Silk Stalkings" is available on DVD. Did anybody else here watch this show?
I only saw it on a hit-and-miss basis. My sister liked it, and I used to watch it when I was at her house, or occasionaly catch it when I was at a hotel or something (as it was a cable show and we don't have cable). It started about the same time XF did and had the same sort of setup; a male cop and a female cop, who eventually became "partners" in more ways than one.
However, this does put me in a conflict as to what I want to put on my Christmas list: another season of XF or a season of SS?? There is no question that I liked XF much better, but I've seen all those eps at least half a dozen times, while most of the SS eps would be new to me or would be ones I've only seen once.
