There is some sexual tension between Castle and the woman police officer he works with so, in that sense, it is similar to Moonlighting or RS. Personally, I just liked the parts with him and his daughter better than the parts between him and his would-be romantic interest.

I'm not going to be devastated if it only runs for a few eps, but I'll enjoy it while it lasts.
