Clarie lived, she was on the plane that left at the end presumably to be reunited with Aaron as Kate wanted.

From the time of the first crash to the Oceanic 6 leaving the island, I think 109 days went by (the sum of the magic numbers). Then 3 years went by before they decided to return & those left behind spent 3 years in the 70s (74-77). From the time of the return of the 6 to the very end must have also been a few months at most. So 3 and half years tops for the whole story (2004-2007, they dated the time of the crash as the air date of episode 1).
