Here is the description from the Tivo website about this show:

It's not "The X-Files," but this new series from J.J. Abrams of "Lost" fame should appeal to fans of Mulder and Scully. Like "Lost," this one starts with an airplane -- only this one didn't crash. It landed at Boston's Logan Airport with everyone aboard mysteriously dead. FBI Special Agent Olivia Dunham (Anna Torv) investigates with the help of a brilliant, institutionalized scientist (John Noble) and his son (Joshua Jackson). Lance Reddick also stars.

I think it's worth a look.
