Yeah, if the woman is actually supposed to have super powers (i.e. the Bionic Woman, Max in "Dark Angel", etc.) this scenario makes a certain amount of sense.
But as you point out, most women just don't *like* to fight as much as men and usually aren't as good at it. They worry more about getting hurt and for good reason; despite what's depicted on TV, in most scenarios a man can do a lot more damage to a woman in a physical altercation than she can do to him.
Yes, I realize it's TV and it's not real, but — except in shows that are clearly designated as fantasy — I'd appreciate a little more realism in fight scenes.
