Subject: I'm afraid Sophie would wear me out

Maybe just from watching her. :)
Certain breeds would be too high energy for me. I could never get a Border Collie. They're always on the move.
Sophie sounds like a lot of fun to hang out with for awhile!

Yorkies are cute. I'd be so afraid I'd step on a small dog too often though!

Be careful of the water. I'm sure your brother is but it can be dangerous for a dog to drink large amounts of water too fast. Especially if they've had surgery. My poor dog Casey died that way.

Sophie isn't the same situation at all but I just thought I'd mention it to be aware. Like the no chocolate for dogs rule.
