Although I generally like Tony, I thought he was really MEAN to McGee in last night's ep, when he told him it would "look bad" if McGee specfically requested the Iraq assignment, and then the acting director jumped on McGee for being the only NCIS agent who *didn't* ask to be assigned to the case!!
I know that Tony *always* picks on McGee, but most of the stuff he does -- like the practical jokes and the insults -- have no long-term negative effect and, in fact, are probably considered pretty "normal" behavior in mostly-male work enviornments like law enforcement agencies and/or the military. But screwing with McGee's chances for career advancement is pretty serious!!
