Here's a little more info I pulled off the AP Entertainmet Wire this morning. So these are definite:

//Networks Announce Returning Series// (Hollywood)|

HOLLYWOOD -- Oh, the anxiety.
All over Hollywood, writers, producers, actors and crew members are waiting with baited breath for news about whether the shows they toiled on this season will go on next fall.
ABC went the kinder, gentler route by announcing 14 renewals Wednesday. Fox and NBC also have shown their nicer side. CBS has the steadiest schedule of all, so it is making everyone wait a little longer.
The networks will announce their full fall lineups in May. But here are the series that already have been confirmed to return:
ABC -- ‘‘Brothers & Sisters,’’ ‘‘Men in Trees,’’ ‘‘Ugly Betty,’’ ‘‘Boston Legal,’’ ‘‘Desperate Housewives,’’ ‘‘Grey’s Anatomy,’’ ‘‘Lost,’’ ‘‘Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,’’ ‘‘The Bachelor,’’ ‘‘Dancing With the Stars,’’ ‘‘Jimmy Kimmel Live,’’ ‘‘Supernanny,’’ ‘‘Wife Swap’’ and ‘‘America’s Funniest Home Videos.’’
NBC -- ‘‘Heroes,’’ ‘‘My Name Is Earl,’’ ‘‘The Office,’’ ‘‘Law & Order: SVU’’ and ‘‘Las Vegas.’’
Fox -- ‘‘Prison Break,’’ ‘‘House’’ and ‘‘Bones.’’
CW -- ‘‘Everybody Hates Chris.’’
