Ha ha ha. I used to watch Benny Hill. At the moment they play 4 of the old comedy classics on Sat. nights. Benny Hill, Are YOu Being Served, George and Mildred, Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em, ON the Buses etc. We actually have DVDs of Are You Being Served which I love and we have Allo Allo which I think is the funniest one of all. I liked Dick Emery better than Benny HIll though.

YOu must watch LIttle Britain. Season 1 is not as good but 2 and 3 are quite good if you are rude yourself. If you are not rude then you will not like it. YOu have to see the warpedness of it all and be shocked. It's the shock factor that I like. They are sending up the racists, gayists, biggots etc more than anything and being gay themselves can get away with some of the stuff they say. I had to explain this to my son who did not want to lend the DVDs to our aboriginal friends as he thought they would not like such a racist show, LOL. They laughed when I told them.

It is the same here as far as racism etc goes. If you are white and hetro you can't say or do anything but if you are non white and gay you can say what you like and not get into trouble. We were told at school that white people do not have any rights and are not permitted to lodge claims of racism. Only non-whites can lodge a racist claim against someone. White people are considered the majority and only minorities have rights, but I find it ammusing because it is actually the white people of the world who are the minority race, taking up only that small part of europe, GB and scandinavia and non -whites take up the rest of the world. Only that the whites decided to hop in their boats and explore, they'd still be there in that tiny space. My grandfather used to say that the white man is the scourge of the earth and he was right in many ways, although I think the baton is now being passed and the white people are going to genuflect their way into oblivion.
