Like CW said, Charlie and Amita are definitely a couple, but it's not the focus of the show. Charlie did get into some trouble in the season finale and when Amita found him she laid a pretty big smooch on him, which is more than we usually see. There was a storyline, I believe last year or at the beginning of this season where Amita got offered a job on the east coast and had to decide what to do about her relationship with Charlie and she ultimately stayed.

Don was dating another FBI agent exclusively, though I'm not sure if they're still together. He went through some emotional trauma after he had to shoot a woman and was going to a psychologist and I think he may have told his girlfriend he needed some time. But I'm not positive.

Another fun couple on the show, if you haven't been watching, is Charlie's colleague Larry and one of the FBI Agents, Megan. But that's been on hold this season as Larry got chosen to go into space (and the actor playing him got a role on 24). He has returned from space but is currently in a monastary adjusting to returning to earth.

Don and Charlie's dad has also found himself a lady, the department head at Charlie's school, played by kathy najimy.

I still really enjoy this show. The actual storylines tend to run on the typical side for crime dramas, but the character interactions really are great. Especially Don/Charlie/Dad, but others as well. It's quite good chemistry.

I won't ruin it for you, in case you catch up, detoured, but there was a pretty big shocker in the finale regarding one of the regular characters.
