Yes, the "T-shirt murderer" makes an appearance later in the season. I don't remember the name of the ep or anything like that (XF is the only show I have ever paid attention to actual ep names for) but he does reappear.
I'm actually not watching many CSI:NY eps this summer, as we've started watching "Traveler" at that time. Could record one or the other, I suppose, but since I've seen all the CSI:NY eps I'm not bothering. Except I will definitely watch or record the season finale when it is rerun, because that was an *awesome* ep!
