I guess the reason I've never watched soaps, det, is that -- while my regular presence at this forum would seem to indicate otherwise -- I'm honestly not much of a TV watcher. I'd rather read; it's just the entertainment form that is most appealing to me.
If I lived alone, I'd probably only watch three or four hours of TV a week. Because of my husband and kids, I do end up watching more than that, as they will sometimes have something on and will want me to watch it with them.
