I've been visiting some "Remington Steele" websites over the past couple of weeks, due to my renewed interest in the show, and several have them have posts saying that Pierce Brosnan has expressed interest in doing a "Remington Steele" movie.
I think this would be GREAT with one caveat: If PB is going to be reprising his role as Remington, then they have to have the REAL Laura -- Stephanie Zimbalist -- reprising her role, too. The one thing I do NOT want to see is the fiftyish PB cavoritng around with a "Laura" who is played by a twentysomething actress who wasn't even born when the series originally aired!
Besides, SZ is a good actress. I saw her in a couple of TV movies in the years immediately after "RS" was cancelled and she did a good job with a wide variety of roles.
