Is Kim really coming back? Don't bring her to CTU, she'll get kidnapped!! Will Chase show up too?

Once again, we get a CTU leader with family problems for a sub plot which will promptly disappear when it has worn out its welcome. The new guy can handle terrorist but not a couple of junkies?

Logan seems to be improving. Jack and the First Lady are setting him straight. One wonders if this will hold or will he revert to the weasel. Make the First Lady prez, she's better at it even if she's crazy. Did Mike Novick have Cummings killed?

The big dumb moment so far this season: Jack lets the Ukrainian teen kill the bad guy. This happened before as I recall (season 2?). Why couldn't he tell her that many people's lives depended on her going with her rapist just for a short while. She was convinced she was going to be stuck with this guy & freaked. I suspected suicide but two in one ep would be too much.

Cummings plot sounded like a conspiracy that Rummsfeld is often accused of. Is Fox watching this show? 24 seems pro-torture but also seems anti-Iraq War (just like the last part of season 2 with the prez not wanting to attack the Middle east).
