that "Alias" is being cancelled at the end of this season. The nice thing, however, is that everybody in the cast and crew KNOWS it's being cancelled and they have the time to "wrap things up" in a coherent manner. That's a better deal than a lot of shows get, when they don't know the show is being cancelled 'til after they've already filmed the season finale (which turns out to be the series finale) or when they're abruptly yanked off the air after seven or eight eps, sometimes right in the middle of a story arc.
