Ok Cye is Kayokos Older bother,he is a Werewolf,and which we have four forms Human,Semi human(With a tail,ears,fangs),Wolf(in which we are rather larger then regular wolves and then the werewolf(Which is when they are at the strongest).Ok Cye and Kayoko are are about the same strength though his magic is stronger then hers but not y much..Also abnormal emerald eyes is a trait of teh Osaki Werewolf clan,and If he joined the Cult that his sister Was leader in he would be second in command...did I leave out anything..hehehehe..?
