Subject: Update for Tuesday

Hi Everyone,

Things are okay. Not going as well as we would like. Caelin has a slight collapse in her left lung. She is filling up with gunk and she is soooooo stubborn about letting her coughs follow through because it hurts her belly. So, we have to get over this hump, but we will. She is on oxygen to make sure she is getting enough of that. She will have to get up and walk today to get things moving. Even though it sounds awful, they said if she gets really upset and cries, it will help move things around. She just has toooooooo much Irish in her!

Her IVs keep pooping out on us too. They had to use a baby size catheter to get her latest one in! She has been through a lot! Hopefully, after all this she will be able to sail through the rest!

We are taking turns staying at the Children's House at night. Otherwise, we would both be zombies every day......not good.

Patrick is coming on Friday with Aunt Judy, Beth, and Nanny. We miss him a lot, but couldn't imagine dealing with his level of energy and go through this at the same time! Thank you to everyone who is helping to entertain him! He is going swimming at Uncle Rollo's and Aunt Susan's today. He is going to be sooooooo spoiled!

Talk to you all again soon. Hopefully we will have good news tonight or tomorrow and be past all this nonsense!
