These mean nothing. The game tries to train you to answer every time the phone rings by giving you money. Sometimes (like in real life) when your Sims are doing something, the game will give your Sims junk phone calls. How many times have you sat down to a nice dinner when you get an annoying phone call? Same with the Sims. You expect money, and you get junk. These calls mean nothing, it's just to see if you still answer every time it rings. It's just something fun in the game.
