Oooo...My Sims had a baby once, and then came the clown! To PREVENT the clown from coming, try to keep your sims from becoming depressed. To get rid of the clown when he comes over, press Ctrl, Shift, and C at the same time, a grey box will apear at the top left of the screen. In that box, type, Move_Objects on ,and then press enter. Go into buy mode, you will be able to pick up the clown, and then Delete him! That's the end to your clown problems!

What do you mean by that?? like when the baby becomes a child the kid looks like the tragic clown??
