To have the sims have a baby just make the keep on kissing for a long time and they'll ask if they should have a baby and click yes. But you have to take good care of the baby or it will be taken away. Hope this helped

The ways to have babies are naturally, just continue kissing until one sim asks the other "Should we have a Baby?" Click yes and there you go. Another way is if you have Livin' Large. Clicking on Play in bed with the vibromatic heart bed and a baby may appeer when their done. The last way is adopting by either getting a call asking if you'd like to apopt a baby or going to www.killersims.com and getting a baby download. The you can buy babies for §20,000

Sims can only have a baby if you have a male and female adult SIM that are living together. Make them talk, and talk, and Talk, until they give you more options, like flirting, dancing, hugging, or give them a gift. Do all of them until you have the option to kiss. Make them kiss a couple times, and a heart will appear over there heads. They are in love a screen should come up asking if u want a baby, if the screen doesn't appesr, make them kiss more.
You can only adopt a baby if you get a phone call asking if you want one.

you know how they kiss and hug and gives gift just use that repetetly and they will have a baby. to adoted a baby you will get a phone call. and says do you want to adopt a baby?
