The scrimmage ended in a 37-37 tie after a 2 minute overtime. A fast paced, well played game with some nice highlights including:

*effective outside shooting by Dinkins and Gadsden

* nice playmaking by Tahj

*steady mid range shooting by Cam Palese who looks ready to step in to Henderson’s role

Some powerful inside play by Frank and Bryce

Nice contributions by Ware, the walk on

Neither Joe Jones nor Xzavier played. Reggie says he’s working Joe in slowly although he looked fine in warmups. The X man had minor knee surgery recently but says he’ll be ready soon.

All in all, a pretty impressive showing by some talented athletes. Reason for optimism.

Thanks for the report! Anything from TJ Porter or Maji? Any signs of improvement from Devean Williams, Siem, Youri?

Porter didn't dress. ECC kid has a big body. Jones was dressed but didn't play. He's big.They look talented.Hopefully Reggie stays out of their way.

Maji is aggressive on defense but cannot shoot a lick. Neither can the Uber athletic Devean Williams. Youri got manhandled by Frank and Siem did little. Porter did not suit up

Fun night at the KAC,both teams look good. The players from both teams went around introducing themselves to everyone. Both teams Coaches, especially on the Women's side,thanked the fans for coming and conversed with us.It was really a great night.
