I attended HACI for high school, which was located next door to D'Youville College. At that time the College was run by the Gray Nuns, and was attended mostly by women living in the WNY area. The school was highly academic, and many graduates went on to careers teaching in the Buffalo Public schools. I always enjoyed riding the Porter/Best bus to and from school when most of the riders were attractive young ladies from D'Youville. Sad to read about the passing of Gabe, RIP. I remember Gabe and his Dad when he was on TP's staff. Go Griffs!!!
