Subject: list of 2024 non-existent transfers who supposedly are not on the 2024

portal list but somehow mysteriously appear on vc 14 transfer list raheim gary donavan hill niagara jose perez manhattan remember him then went to wvu and finally asu,chauncey gibson andrew heiden, james john jr fairfield, and last but not leave amarion nimmers, it looks like perez and 2 others have found a new home, also, i believe the portal closes each year in mid semester and reopens in probably april of next yea ralso i believe in the last 3 yars 100' upon 100's have entered in the first portal, which begs the ? why so few this tear

I'm not sure why Verbal Commits has it listed as such since I believe the window was only open for a 60 day period (now 45 days) following the championship game of the sport. And that's it. No one can enter the 2024 portal yet. My guess is that those 7 are "traditional transfers" and hence the reason as to why there are so few.
