Won 79-74 behind 33 from Staveskie and 12 each from Long and Palesse. A lot of minutes in 4 days finally took a toll on a team that was short handed to begin with. Need to get healthy and add two solid signings in the next few weeks. Staveskie is the obvious star of this team but overall, it was nice to see the performances by Dinkins and Palesse in particular.

How come Jones and Maji couldn't play but Cam could?

Once again, Jones is finishing up an internship through Georgia St. to complete his graduation requirements. He was not able to participate in any of the Canisius team activities leading up to the Canadian trip and therefore didn't play. Maji has been on campus but I believe he still has some clearinghouse things to get through before he is fully eligible to participate.
