twitter reports that TJ Porter, 6'8 F from Georgia highlands college, Atlanta commits to CC.
does not say whether this is for 2023 or 2024

Has to be for this fall. Played two years with Charleston Southern (D1), got one back as a redshirt & the other as a Covid year redshirt, then two more with Georgia Highlands. He will be a "5th year junior".

Definitely a 2023 commit. Signed with Charleston Southern out of high school. Played a handful of games as a freshman before taking a medical redshirt year. Played 18 games in the 20-21 season - high of 13 points against Winthrop. Then transferred to national JUCO power Georgia Highlands where he averaged 7.6 points and 7.5 rebounds. This past season, his numbers dipped to 4.8 points and 4 rebounds. Looks to be an athletic lefty who does the majority of his work in the paint. Had 15 points and 8 boards in his final game against South Georgia - the Region XVII final to go to the D1 JUCO National Championship Tournament in Hutchinson, KS.
