Not going to happen. In case you haven’t noticed the college is selling property as fast as they can and they are in no financial position to buy anything. They have sold the dorm on Main/Humboldt, Griffin Hall, Demerly Hall, Campion Hall, and who knows what else is on the block, I would guess that Health Science is next.

They are not selling Health Science. All of those properties sold under the last administration.

The former administration is responsible for the property sales you mention. The E. Delavan/Jefferson Health Science block was taken off the market (by the new Administration?). It seems the remainder of the demolished parking ramp property is not going to become a parking lot. Hopefully the two parcels on E. Delavan will remain important parts of the new administrations plans.
