I can't get into everything but one problem was that "the tape got out" on them, but there were other problems outside of Coach Nusseibeh.

She frankly had to micromanage to fix a lot of the problems from Hemer. This was the first year, she could put her systems into place.

She reminds me of McRae in baseball or Smith in hockey. It's going to be a longer-term project.

Culturally, she's doing everything right. She just needs time.

Coaching staffs develop game plans. Other teams attempt to counter the game plans.

People figured out how the Griffs were trying to play and were able to devise a game plan to stop it.
