It's a terrific read.

Listed below is information about his funeral.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, Sept. 22 from 1-5 p.m., at Perna, Dengler, Roberts Funeral Home, located at 1671 Maple Road in Williamsville, N.Y.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Monday at Christ the King Catholic Church in Snyder. Get there early. The place will be packed.

Flowers are gratefully declined. If desired, contributions in Doc Starr's memory may be made to the Canisius Blue & Gold Fund on Go Griffs.

I'm sure I'll see several of you at either the funeral home or at the Mass.

RIP Dr. Starr.
