Down to 7 or 8? Have they come in for interviews, or are the doing it virtually? Will they be cutting the number down to 3 or so and bringing them in? How many applications were there?

All I know is that there was significant interest from up and coming guys to those that have been in the business for a long time. The process started with virtual interviews but I'm sure as it is whittled down will include in person/on campus interviews.

I’m becoming more partial to the guys who have done this at D1 level. Experience matters. This isn’t the easiest job. The hire needs to be actively involved in fundraising for NLI. Let’s get it right Griffs!

If an experienced DI coach is willing to take a job in an entry level conference , stay away !!! The ideal candidate should be energetic and ambitious , we've seen what " experienced " coaches have brought us . We don't another semi retired coach .
