Subject: Baseball wins 10-2, evens series

Griffs 10, MSM 2, even up the series. Watched it on the livestream and it looked like a cold, windy day there.

Series finale at 3:30 p.m. EDT Sunday, after the noon lacrosse game with Quinny.

It would be wonderful to have separate facilities for baseball, softball and lacrosse/soccer. But as landlocked as CU is, that's probably never going to happen, at least directly on campus.

Yeah, It was rather chilly yesterday. The temp during the game was about 45 degrees, and there was some cold wind. I think there is some talk about a separate field for Lacrosse along Delavan Ave where the parking ramp was located. The bottom line is that one has to keep up your facilities for recruiting purposes. Baseball and Softball really need some improvement at the Demske. I wish I were a rich man, and Go Griffs. It should be comfortable for today's game.

The Griffs need to invest in the athletic infrastructure. What about buying some of land that Medaille owned? They’re not going to need all that space. Could be a great option for practice fields. Go Griffs!

I'm pretty sure they recognize the deficiencies. Can't just wave a magic wand. The Buffalo soccer stadium is going in at Medaille.

The Buffalo Soccer Stadium is not going in on the Medaille property adjoining CU. It's going in on Medaille property on Elk and Lee streets in the Valley neighborhood.
