Not "No Love" from Canisius. The point of the post was that everyone thought he was leaving for bigger schools and obviously that isn't happening. That's all. No disrespect to you or IV. Appreciate your time here.

Re: No Love for McMillan -- Paul McMillan IIII (Paul’s Dad) (I), Sat, May 31 2025, 6:12:45
Did you all ever consider that maybe he passed on some bigger schools for an opportunity to play a bigger role??? Or maybe it wasn’t fully his choice to leave Canisus and would have preferred to stay but….You might want to fact check before just assuming. We never said the grass was greener on the other side. We don’t think like that. Been around to long and invested to much in the game to mistreat it.
If you want to know facts, just ask. I’m ok with telling you.

To: Paul's Dad: First, I noticed you in the stands at most if not all games at the Koessler Center last year, and I compliment you on your enthusiastic support of your son. I will add that I really enjoyed watching your son play. Very talented, but more than that enthusiastic from start to finish, even when games were reaching a disappointing result. I would have enjoyed watching him again in 25-26, and will not comment on why he is now looking elsewhere, since I do not know the circumstances that caused him to enter the transfer portal. I do wish him well, and thank him for being a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing season.

Hopefully there are some lessons to be learned here. It sure is not all about points. Also the grass is not always greener on the other side. And many more. Once a Griff always a Griff.

Re: No Love for McMillan -- I wish him well., Sat, May 31 2025, 5:24:42
He kept us in many games. He also wasn’t the guy to win the game on the last shot.
I think JC & staff are grateful for what he gave us.
Time to move on & see what this group can do.
Go Griffs!

I think we all appreciate the great effort and talent that PAUL brought to the floor last year at Canisius. I wish he would have stayed and been a contributor to a resurgence. I and hopefully all other Griff fans wish him well as he is a high quality young man.

This one does. But BG wishes that D1 college athletes would choose their college or university first and the $$$ merry go round would stop. Like the "old days" where they actually considered the value of an education, as too many of them seem to have not done these days.As to Paul, BG knew at least two Buffalo athletes in BGs sport who went to and graduated from from Morgan State. Neither became a profession athlete. Both were on fulls athletic scholarships, nothing more. Both became successful in their chosen fields. Morgan State fine School, fine city, if they offer you---. Just sayin.
