Coaches need to do better. Focus on JUCOs or hell D2 players. Christian & his staff need to win a Big 4 game in 2026 / 2027 as well as beat Niagara. Goal needs to get to Atlantic City. Go Griffs!

The Freshman class is not "pathetic". They just need to keep growing. Cut out this sh--! NIL must be ended, so STUDENTS can advance to Graduation at their CHOSEN schools. A few NIL$$ won't replace a good education!

NIL is not ending. The Supreme Court has already established that restricting benefits for players is a violation of antitrust laws. The most you might see is a negotiated cap of some type - per school, per player.

Congress is the branch of the Federal government that passes our laws. Congress can also change or modify a law, that includes antitrust laws. These days the majority in Congress are too busy protecting their own jobs and have themselves getting stepped on and bullied by another branch of Federal government, so "negotiating" or changing the present mess any time soon,not so much.

"Ranting" requires a lack of focus. BG is not ranting. BG is focused on the significant mess that has slithered its way into college (university) sports, like gambling, throwing games, etc.

Very few of these kids care of an education. If you want that we should become a Patriot League school. Although formal, large-scale NIL budgets are not publicly highlighted for the Patriot League, individual athletes may still engage in NIL deals on a smaller, localized scale. Patriot League members, along with the Ivy League, opted out of the direct revenue-sharing model that allows schools to pay athletes, citing budget constraints and a different athletic model.

My kid has a Canisius education and a good job. He enjoyed his time there. But you act like it's the only place this can happen. Players can go to any number of places for nil and get an equivalent degree. And contrary to some of your earlier comments I can guarantee you that very few if any of them care 2 licks about a Jesuit education.
