Subject: Transfer portal

Transfer portal makes recruiting interesting & frustrating. Third year for Coach Christian. Not an easy task.

Too many kids searching for $ & many agents/reps giving kids bad advice. If u average 8ppg in the MAAC or NEC that is the level you belong at. That isn't earning you a payday.

Yes a college / Jesuit education is great but who are kidding. These kids are all about the $.

Hopefully our coaches can convince some of our better players that the grass isn't always greener somewhere else.

Seems like Gannon & Daemen has some good kids.

I’m certainly not advocating to not look at D1.

Based on what we have I hope we can build a decent nucleus.

This is a key season for this staff. We need to get to the MAAC tourney next year.
