Why? Because he showed to be a pretty good MAAC level guard as a redshirt freshman. Started 15 games and averaged 21 minutes a game. 3 years to play. Would be a very solid addition.

Why would he be a "solid addition"? He's leaving NU for $$, right? There's not much in NIL $$ at CU. So we lost 4 good Frosh who likely would have become better Sophomores. Is this the way to build a D1 MBB program? It's a Merry Go Round. What to do?

Because he proved to be pretty good last year and was well regarded coming out of high school. They're all leaving for money. You don't think they would have had to pay the same or more to retain any of the 4 freshmen? He was better than 3 of those guys you are alluding to anyway and was in the same ball park as Edwards.
